New PSARA Licence Facilitation

PSARA Licence Renewal
PSARA licences must be renewed every five years. We ensure your renewal application is filed at least 45 days before expiry, so your operations are never interrupted.

Documents Required for PSARA Certificate
Keep these ready before you begin your application — our team will guide you through each one.
- Photos of inside and outside of the office
- Uniform photo — supervisor & security guard wearing uniform
- Copy of PAN card of the organisation, Owner/Director/Partner (scanned)
- Owner/Director/Partner — Aadhar Card (scanned)
- Copy of Rent Agreement
- I.T.R. (three years) copy
- Notary-attested affidavit — Form III (separate affidavit for each partner/director on ₹100 stamp paper)
- Copy of Training MOU with the training centre, plus training certificate of all directors/partners
- Details of one staff member (Name, Address, Age, Qualification, ID Card)
- Certificate of Shop Establishment Registration (Labour Registration)
- EPF / ESI / GST / Labour Registration certificate (optional within 6 months)
- Proof of entity type — Company / Partnership / Sole Proprietor
- Company full name & address, MOA, AOA
- Phone number of each partner or director
- Managing Director details — name, address, qualification, father's & mother's name
- Completed Form-1 with passport photo attested by a Gazetted Officer (all directors/partners)
